“A large part of what motivated me to become a Tattoo Artist and the proprietor of Inkspirationz is simple, I have a passion for art and design. Tattoos have an amazing power to show you yourself. It is a great honour to be part of this progressive medium, by wearing the work as a living canvas. As it seems that my work is naturally geared towards custom work, I have decided to specialize in catering to all clientele.

I am interested in doing all sorts of styles including Graffiti and Japanese to custom design. I like the idea of approaching the set as if it were a custom tailored garment. For projects such as this, I can handle the set in a variety of ways, depending on the client’s requirments for the work. This application is time consuming and requires multiple sessions.

Although my focus is on a more unified overall look, I am also interested in taking on individual pieces. With every project I aim to keep the design open to expansion for future additions. Regardless of the size of the project, it’s important to me to make every tattoo that I do, count.

Some of my favourite subjects include; the style of comic book heroes, illustration, texture, flowers, insects, wildlife, plants and leaves, as well as other wonderfully inspiring elements from nature including fractals, abstract colour and movement based loosely on my photography. I am intrigued by science, psychedelic and surreal designs and the use of negative space. In addition I also find mythological creatures from dragons to stars and figurative work ranging from goddess type female characters to expressionist portraits most inspiring.”
